This mountain house is located facing Nahuel Huapi, surrounded by forest and with lake access. Large windows connect the living room with the landscape, whilst the deck, fireplace and outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy the house throughout the year.
Ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people seeking nature, privacy and an authentic Bariloche experience.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen
dining room, living room with fireplace and large windows
playroom space with TV and bar
toilet. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, TV and en-suite bathroom with bathtub
On the upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to arrange as double bed), dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower
The windows of all bathrooms have reflective glass, so you can see from inside to outside.
Exterior:
Deck with outdoor living area
fireplace space with table and loungers (summer only)
path down to the lake following a sloped route through the forest
The house is located within a large property where there are also 2 other houses.
Possibility to rent together a cabin for 4/6 people.
The caretakers live within the same plot and have dogs (very friendly).
